What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cash, or personal checks. We also take touchless payments through Apple/Samsung Pay and Google Wallet. We do not accept Care Credit or Free Care.


Do you offer MaineCare glasses for children?

Yes! Whether your child saw our doctors or not, we can fill their order for MaineCare glasses with any active/unexpired prescription. The frames MaineCare will cover can be selected from our offices, not from EyeMart Express or any other optical shop. Please note: MaineCare only covers glasses for individuals under 21 years old.


But what if I want to check on the status of my adult glasses?

Our offices are frequently confused with being connected to EyeMart Express, however we are not the same business and we do not share space or phone numbers. If you are looking to check on the status of your non-MaineCare glasses, please call your EyeMart location directly.


What is your late policy?

We reserve the right to reschedule you if you arrive 10 or more minutes later than your scheduled appointment time.


Do you take walk-ins?

We do not block off time in the schedule for walk-in patients, however if you wish to stop by we will accommodate as best as we can. We cannot guarantee that you can be seen on a walk-in basis. Appointments are strongly recommended.
